Get listed by the brands you sell.
AI shopping agents can check this registry before they recommend a seller. Once a brand lists you, agents that adopt the standard can verify you by your store domain or seller ID.
Only the brand can authorize you. We can't list you, and neither can a distributor. We make it easy for the brand to say yes.
Retailer accounts are by invitation for now.
Brands invite the retailers they work with, using your work email and your store's domain. Got an invitation? Sign in with that address. Not invited yet? Tell us which brands you sell and we'll let you know when you can join.
How it works
Accept the invitation, and verify your channels.
Prove you control your store domain with a DNS record, and confirm your Amazon seller IDs. Brands only see requests that include a proven channel.
Request a listing.
Pick the brand, the territories and product lines you sell, and who you buy from. One request per brand covers the channels you choose.
The brand decides.
Your request goes to the brand's review queue. If they approve, you're authorized. If the brand hasn't registered yet, we hold your request and deliver it as soon as they verify their domain.

What the brand sees
Your request arrives with a case file.
Every fact is labeled by where it came from, so the brand knows what's your claim and what we checked. We show facts, never a recommendation.
What you told us.
Business name, territories and product lines you're asking for, and who you buy from.
What we checked.
Which domains and seller IDs you proved control of, how and when.
What we've seen.
Where you already sell the brand's products, and since when. Marketplace activity only, never personal details.
Request a listing
A request never changes what agents see. Until the brand approves, verify answers for you stay unlisted. Requests and rejections are private between you and the brand. We never publish them.
Questions
Can I sign up now?
By invitation for now. A brand you sell invites you with your work email and your store's domain, and you sign in with that address. Not invited yet? Join the waitlist and tell us which brands you sell.
Can my distributor list me?
A distributor can submit you to the brand, but the brand still has to approve. It's the same queue your own request goes into.
What if the brand never responds?
Your request stays open and you stay unlisted. You can withdraw it at any time, or send the brand a reminder after 30 days.
What if my listing is wrong?
Email hello@authorizedretailers.ai with the details. We fix identifier errors ourselves, and the brand can correct its list at any time. A formal dispute process is on the roadmap.
Does it cost anything?
No. Retailer accounts are free.
Will being listed send me traffic?
Listing makes you verifiable to any agent that checks the registry. How much that matters depends on how widely agents adopt the standard.
