For brands
Your authorized retailers, where agents look.
AI shopping agents are starting to choose where people buy, and they skip retailers they can't verify. Tell them which retailers you've authorized, from one signed list that's always current. Free, and one person who knows your distribution can run it.
Getting started
Step 1
Confirm your email
At your brand's domain, with an authenticator app for sign-in.
Step 2
Verify your domain
One DNS TXT record, on any site platform. If you don't manage your DNS, send the record to your IT team from the app. We then review your brand by hand, checking the domain against your official site, marketplace storefronts or trademark filings, before your list counts.
Step 3
Add your retailers
Start with your own store. Paste a storefront link or website and the app reads the rest, or add many at once from a list or spreadsheet.
Step 4
Upload your product list
Optional, when you're ready. A UPC or EAN column is enough, and you see every row checked before it's saved.
The DNS record, for example
TXT @ authorizedretailers-verify=3f9a1c7e2b4d8f60a1c3e5b7d9f1a2c4Your retailers
One list of the retailers you've authorized, kept by you, read by agents.
Identified by seller ID or domain
A retailer is defined by its Amazon, Walmart or eBay seller ID, or its store domain. Agents must match on that identifier.
Authorize retailers by channel
Authorize a retailer's entire footprint, or specify their domain as authorized and third-party marketplaces as unauthorized. Add or remove a channel any time.
Product-level scoping
Authorize retailers on all your products, only certain product lines or specific products.
Open-ended or dated
An authorization can last indefinitely, until you revoke it, or until an end date you set. We remind you 30 and 7 days before.
Revoked within a minute
Revoke a retailer, or one of its channels, and agents see it within a minute. A saved answer is good for 15 minutes at most.
Public or private
Publish your list, or keep it private: agents check one retailer at a time and nobody can download the full list.
Authorize bulk retailers
Paste one seller per line or upload a spreadsheet. Every row is checked and shown to you before anything is saved.
Retailer invites & requests
Retailers can be invited to verify their channels and request full or product-specific authorization. Requests can be disabled entirely.
Your team
Invite colleagues, each with their own sign-in. Every change is logged with who made it and when.
Sellers you know aren't authorized
A seller you haven't authorized is "unlisted": agents tell shoppers you don't list it. When you know a seller isn't authorized, a diverter you've confirmed is selling materially different goods, declare it using its store domain or marketplace ID. Agents are then told "unauthorized" for that seller, for specific products or all of them.
- Private: unauthorized declarations are never published, even if your authorized list is public. They are only returned to an agent checking that exact seller.
- Fair to the seller: a seller can dispute a declaration with its evidence, such as an invoice. Agents are told "disputed" while you decide.
- 30 days to answer: reconfirm the declaration or withdraw it. If you don't answer in time, the dispute closes and the seller goes back to "unauthorized".
Seller detection Coming soon
You can't authorize or declare a seller you don't know about. Seller detection searches Amazon, Walmart, eBay and the open web for sellers carrying your products, so you can authorize or declare the ones you find.
Your product list
Agents on a product page see a barcode, an ASIN or a Walmart item ID and a seller, not your domain. Your product list is how they find you, and it sets what each authorization covers.
- A UPC or EAN is enough to start. Sell on Amazon or Walmart? Add ASINs and Walmart item IDs too: marketplace listings show those more reliably than barcodes.
- Product lines. A
product_linecolumn groups your products, so a retailer can be authorized for a whole line. - Model numbers and style codes let an agent confirm a listing really is your product; a listing showing a different model is flagged to the agent.
- One list for every market. Tag products with the regions they're made for, such as a US formula and an EU formula. A product sold outside its regions isn't authorized, even by a retailer you've authorized everywhere.
- Product-level flags. Flag a product recalled, with a link to the notice, and every agent that asks about it, whoever the seller, is told not to buy. We also email the notice to your retailers that are registered with us. Recalling one batch pauses the whole product. Discontinued products can be flagged for informational purposes.
What agents ask about you
Every brand sees this during early access. A summary of agent checks stays free; the longer history, breakdowns and alerts will be part of a paid plan later, with notice before anything changes.
- How often agents check your retailers, split into authorized, unlisted, unauthorized and other answers, by day or by month, going back 24 months.
- How many retailers you've had authorized at the end of each month.
- The unlisted sellers agents ask about: often retailers you meant to add, sometimes sellers you'll want to look into.
- The sellers you've declared unauthorized that agents still ask about, so you know where agents were kept away from them.
- Checks on your recalled and discontinued products, products asked about outside their regions and listings whose model number didn't match, by seller.
- Email alerts for new unlisted sellers, spikes in checks and sellers still being checked for a recalled product. Every table downloads as a spreadsheet.
- See what agents are told. Try the API in the app runs a real check against one of your own retailers and products, and shows the request and the signed answer side by side.
Several domains
Sell under more than one domain, such as brand.com and brand.co.uk? Add each one. It can share your list, so there's one set of retailers and products for both, or start from a copy that a regional team runs on its own.
Known by another name too, a former name or a short form? Add it as another name. We check it so nobody can claim another brand's name, then it appears on your brand page and in your signed list, for display and search.
